just reminds the pune's winter season. (maraathit tyaalaa gulaabi thandi mhantaat....). it was so lovely...i am missing it in chennai...

A year @ IITM ...( Magovaa in Marathi ) contd....

Is Ajnabi Se Shahar Mein Jaana Pehechana Dhoondta Hai...............

Chennai ....ek ajeeb sa shahr hai....pataa nahi kyon, ek saal me ye kabhi apanaa nahi lagaa par aaj kal thodaa saa apanaa lagane laga hai...
Actually for the first time I was a bit seroius about my work over here. And statred working with interest.
And then after long dyas in lab when I used to go for a cup of coffee in the evening or a cup of tea in the night at velachery gate...it was a come back to life for me.
We used to do same thing during our so called study leave....during BE.
During last sem. ek aur baat ho gayee ....beach pe jaane ki aadat ho gayee....
jaise ke samundar ek hissa ban gaya hai life ka.....bachpan se hi achaa lagat tha but i missed it in pune.

Now a days almost every evening its raining here, in chennai. Ek muddat ke baad sirf bheegane ke liye baahar nikale the hum....



Actually, this post was supposed to be on the blog on 11th of aug..somehow I could not publish it....

A year @ IITM ...( Magovaa in Marathi )

These days IIT campus is looking so colourfull..first for the convocation function and then because of the fresher. While looking at the faces of freshers while sitting in the canteen,walking down the road, and in Gurunaath, I realised one year is over now last year I was one of them, excited and a bit afraid too.
On the very first day I met a person, people used to call him Atul and me as Abhimanyu ...now they collectively call us DESI PONDI BROTHERS......we are among a very few people in PG hostel who got nicknames (rather only one nickname), which is a typical feature of B.tech. hostels.
Soon we joined Vikas and group and then the real hostel life started.......coffee, going to canteen at late nights..(that also lead to missing the first lecture at 8 in the morning)..and so on.
The other half of the year came up with new relationships, and an old one which got developed into a bond. I remember, we spent hours after hours at MANDIR (mini gurunath), at GC and long walks after so called study in lib.
Many things are coming into my mind... so this topic will be contd...

After a long time went to lab by 8 o' clock.... courtesy ruby....seems i am coming back to normal day out.... after a busy week......one more thing happen after a long time .....wohi khuli zulf waali fir se saamane aa gayee....
